Important Notice: • All prediction results are for entertainment and reference purposes only • Predictions do not constitute investment, medical, legal, or any professional advice • Users should make independent judgments and are responsible for their own decisions • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of prediction results

Using this service requires account registration: • You must be at least 18 years old • Provide truthful and accurate registration information • Safeguard your account password and be responsible for account activities • Notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized use

When using this service, you agree to: • Not use the service for any illegal purposes • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with service operations • Not abuse or maliciously use prediction features • Not use prediction results for fraud or misleading others • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Regarding credit packages: • All prices are in US Dollars (USD) • Credits are delivered instantly after purchase; no refunds • Credit packages have no expiration date • Payments are securely processed by Stripe • We reserve the right to adjust prices (does not affect purchased credits)

• Website content, design, and code are protected by intellectual property rights • Prediction algorithms and models are our proprietary property • User-generated prediction records belong to the user • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of service content is prohibited

This service is provided "as is": • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of prediction results • We are not liable for any losses resulting from using prediction results • We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss • We are not responsible for third-party links or services Users expressly understand and agree: Any decisions made based on prediction results are at the user's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; the above limitations may not apply to you

We reserve the right to: • Suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms • Refuse service to anyone • Modify or discontinue the service at any time (with prior notice) You may delete your account at any time, but purchased credits are non-refundable.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA • Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation • Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration • Arbitration shall be conducted in California, in English

• We may update these Terms of Service at any time • Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance • Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of modified terms • Users who disagree with new terms may choose to stop using the service
